Our story
Faithful to our clients, rigorous with data
The name Dileas comes from the Scottish Gaelic word for 'faithful' or 'loyal' — and that's exactly what we aim to be to every client we work with. Reliable, honest, and committed to doing the job right.
We were founded by experienced clinical data management professionals who saw a gap in the market: sponsors and CROs needed flexible, high-quality DM support that could scale with their studies — without the complexity and cost of large CRO engagements.
Today, Dileas CS Ltd works with clients across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors, providing end-to-end data management services that keep studies on track and data inspection-ready.
